The object of this assignment was to set a piece of text in a classical layout style. We first studied the various layout rules typesetters, including title pages, sub-title pages, margin sizes, and table of contents. We were then asked to pick a text and lay it out in the classical style, but try to push some elements to reflect the content of our text. For example, I alternated the placement of the page numbers to mimic a beating heart, and splattered the table of contents page numbers to simulate blood splatter.
